This can cause chronic tension, pain, and restlessness. Bodywork releases this trapped energy, restoring balance and creating space for deep inner peace. With a biodynamic approach, I focus on your entire body to help you fully relax and release both mental and physical blockages.

This method combines biodynamic practices, which focus on restoring balance by releasing stored tensions and emotions, with intuitive bodywork tailored to your specific needs. Guided by sensitivity and deep connection, Antara's Touch offers a personalized experience that promotes relaxation and holistic well-being.

Antara’s Touch derives inspiration from craniosacral therapy and Ayurveda, an ancient Indian healing system focused on creating balance between body, mind, and spirit. The massage integrates gentle rhythmic movements, pressure point massage, stretching, and the activation of energy pathways balancing the body’s energy flow. This release of blocked energy supports physical and emotional well-being.

In these sessions, I focus on stillness and slowing down. The aim is deep relaxation, supported by soothing natural essential oils.

Zenthaï Shiatsu

Zenthaï Shiatsu is a unique bodywork modality that blends elements of osteopathy, Thai massage, shiatsu, yoga asanas, and principles of traditional Chinese medicine.

This therapy focuses on restoring energy flows, known as "rivers of life," which are essential for health and vitality. When these pathways are blocked by physical or emotional wounds, poor posture, or other imbalances, it can lead to pain, fatigue, and reduced immunity. 

Zenthaï Shiatsu uses flowing, sometimes dance-like movements to create a safe space where the body can regain balance. This holistic approach targets the musculoskeletal, digestive, and nervous systems, making it effective for issues like lower back pain, shoulder and neck tension, fatigue, and digestive problems. By combining Thai massage techniques, to release muscle tension, with techniques from osteopathy, Zenthaï Shiatsu supports healing on both a physical and energetic level.

Breathing. Soul-deep breathing. Seeing with all your eyes, listening with your skin. To understand. To see. Secret after secret, world after world. To be human, deeply rooted, and widely branching.

Conscious and deep breathing is a transformative practice that enhances emotional awareness and supports personal growth. In daily life, many breathe shallowly, using only about 40% of their lung capacity. In these sessions, the focus shifts to intentional, deep breaths that fully engage the diaphragm, unlocking greater potential and a deeper sense of connection. If you struggle with insomnia, feel disconnected, or find your breath shallow and strained, this practice is for you. 

In addition to enhancing your breathing, conscious breathing can uncover deeply hidden emotions. These emotions, which you may not even be aware of, can surface during moments you least expect. By becoming aware of these signals, you’ll learn to respond more effectively to what your body is communicating. It is recommended to attend at least three sessions to gradually ease into the process and allow ample space for a deep, meaningful experience. These three consecutive sessions establish a supportive framework, enabling you to fully unlock the transformative potential of breathwork.
The beauty of breathing is that, in addition to its liberating effect, it brings us calm and strengthens our connection to our own power. We reconnect with a deep, powerful core within ourselves, allowing us to be deeply rooted and flourishing human beings with confidence.

Over four months, we’ll work intuitively in two-hour sessions, tailoring each one to your unique needs and helping you create lasting calm and well-being.

A program offers the opportunity to go deeper. Together, we’ll focus not only on what you need in the moment but also on creating a larger vision: a path that brings you step by step even closer to yourself. During this program, I use techniques such as breathwork, craniosacral therapy, Zenthaï Shiatsu, massage, and sound healing.

Each session lasts two hours, giving us the time and space to explore deeply and respond to what arises in the moment. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you receive exactly what’s right for you at that time. This intuitive approach makes each program a personal and one-of-a-kind experience.

Duration and Frequency: The program consists of ten sessions over four months. At the start, the sessions are closer together to build a strong foundation. As the program progresses, the intervals between sessions increase, giving you time to integrate your experiences into daily life.

Sessions are held on a soft futon, yoga mat, or massage table, depending on your preference. A variety of singing bowls are used, each with its own unique characteristics and frequencies. Larger bowls with deep tones generate grounding, while lighter, minor tones can trigger emotional release and introspection.

We will explore the power and beauty of this ancient instrument, learning a variety of techniques to create soothing and transformative sounds. You’ll discover different approaches to playing the bowls, from gentle strokes to deep resonance, and learn how to use various mallets to produce unique tones.

We’ll also explore how to work with singing bowls in different settings, including placing them on the body to enhance the vibrational experience. No previous experience is required—these classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, allowing you to connect with the bowls in a natural and intuitive way.

In our group classes, we’ll explore the collective power and beauty of these ancient instruments, discovering how their vibrations can harmonize and uplift shared energy. Together, we’ll learn a variety of techniques to create soothing and transformative sounds, exploring everything from gentle strokes to deep resonances.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with different approaches to playing the bowls, experimenting with various mallets to produce unique tones and textures. We’ll also delve into the dynamics of using singing bowls in group settings, including how their vibrations can enhance a shared meditative or relaxing experience.
These group classes are open to everyone, regardless of prior experience. They are designed to be welcoming and accessible, allowing you to connect with the sound, resonances and the group in a natural and intuitive way.

Gong Classes

In our Gong immersion classes , we will explore the profound and resonant tones of the gong, learning a variety of techniques to harness its full potential. You’ll discover how to create deep, rich vibrations through different mallets and approaches, and how these sounds can influence your energy and create a sense of balance.

Throughout the session, we will experiment with different ways to integrate the gong’s vibrations into a variety of experiences. Whether using it for relaxation, focus, or simply to connect with sound, no previous experience is required. These sessions are designed to be welcoming and accessible, allowing you to tap into the gong’s transformative power with ease and curiosity.
