Our bodies store more than we realise. Unprocessed emotions, stress, and trauma often embed themselves in the nervous system without us even noticing. This can cause chronic tension, pain, and restlessness. Bodywork releases this trapped energy, restoring balance and creating space for deep inner peace. With a biodynamic approach, I focus on your entire body to help you fully relax and release both mental and physical blockages.
Body Sessions
Antara’s touch is a specific self-developed massage technique focused on bio-dynamic and intuitive bodywork.
Antara’s Touch derives inspiration from craniosacral therapy and Ayurveda, an ancient Indian healing system focused on creating balance between body, mind, and spirit. The massage integrates gentle rhythmic movements, pressure point massage, stretching, and the activation of energy pathways balancing the body’s energy flow. This release of blocked energy supports physical and emotional well-being.
In these sessions, I focus on stillness and slowing down. The aim is deep relaxation, supported by soothing natural essential oils.
A massage can have the same restorative effects as 7 to 8 hours of sleep —perfect for when you're feeling drained and need to recharge.
Experience the healing power of aromatic essential oils in this unique massage technique sourced from a biodynamic garden. All aromatic plants and flowers are grown respecting the rhythms of nature and its cycles. These pure oils with their delightful aromas help reduce muscle tension, support the lymphatic system, and calm the nervous system, promoting deep relaxation. Each massage stimulates your body’s natural healing and is fully customized to your needs, starting with a brief consultation to ensure a balanced experience.





Zenthaï Shiatsu
Zenthaï Shiatsu is a unique bodywork modality that blends elements of osteopathy, Thai massage, shiatsu, yoga asanas, and principles of traditional Chinese medicine.
Zenthaï Shiatsu uses flowing, sometimes dance-like movements to create a safe space where the body can regain balance. This holistic approach targets the musculoskeletal, digestive, and nervous systems, making it effective for issues like lower back pain, shoulder and neck tension, fatigue, and digestive problems. By combining Thai massage techniques, to release muscle tension, with techniques from osteopathy, Zenthaï Shiatsu supports healing on both a physical and energetic level.

In addition to enhancing your breathing, conscious breathing can uncover deeply hidden emotions. These emotions, which you may not even be aware of, can surface during moments you least expect. By becoming aware of these signals, you’ll learn to respond more effectively to what your body is communicating. It is recommended to attend at least three sessions to gradually ease into the process and allow ample space for a deep, meaningful experience. These three consecutive sessions establish a supportive framework, enabling you to fully unlock the transformative potential of breathwork.

Each session lasts two hours, giving us the time and space to explore deeply and respond to what arises in the moment. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you receive exactly what’s right for you at that time. This intuitive approach makes each program a personal and one-of-a-kind experience.
Duration and Frequency: The program consists of ten sessions over four months. At the start, the sessions are closer together to build a strong foundation. As the program progresses, the intervals between sessions increase, giving you time to integrate your experiences into daily life.

Soundwork is based on the idea that everything in the universe vibrates at its own unique frequency. When vibrations reach your body, they send signals to your brain, not just through your eardrums, but through every cell, muscle, tissue, and organ.
Immerse yourself in a bath of sound colors and reconnect with your inner harmony. Choose between three sessions: the Sound Awakening Ritual, the Singing Bowl Session, or the Gong Bath Session – each offering its own unique power. All sessions take place in a peaceful and serene environment. Every session starts with a personal conversation to discuss your specific needs, wishes and intentions.
Sound Sessions
This powerful three-hour meditative experience uses sounds, vibrations, and frequencies to guide you into a deep state of relaxation.
Originating from Tibetan and Himalayan traditions, the singing bowl session uses sound vibrations to deeply relax your body and mind.
Sessions are held on a soft futon, yoga mat, or massage table, depending on your preference. A variety of singing bowls are used, each with its own unique characteristics and frequencies. Larger bowls with deep tones generate grounding, while lighter, minor tones can trigger emotional release and introspection.
Every session is customized to align with your personal intention, with a selection of bowls specifically chosen for you. This session is particularly effective for reducing stress, improving sleep, and reducing both emotional and physical pain.
