Many employees spend their days behind screens, both at work and at home, leading to unconscious shallow breathing. This chronic shallow breathing can result in stress, headaches, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbances, and even burnout. Our breathwork workshop tackles these issues head-on, reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing body awareness.

Catch a breath together

Many employees spend their days behind screens, both at work and at home, leading to unconscious shallow breathing. This chronic shallow breathing can result in stress, headaches, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbances, and even burnout. Our breathwork workshop tackles these issues head-on, reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing body awareness.
Employees will master techniques to calm their minds, boost energy, and improve both well-being and productivity. In this workshop, you’ll learn practical breathing techniques that can be used in any situation. We call it the “Swiss army knife of breathing”—each technique is tailored to meet specific needs. By fully utilizing lung capacity (most people use only 40%), we help regulate the body and nervous system. Balanced breathing increases productivity, enhances emotional regulation, and builds both physical and mental resilience, promoting a healthier and more resilient workplace.

A sound journey is a unique experience that you can enjoy with colleagues, friends, or family. During this session, I use ancient techniques and sounds such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, monolinas, shrutis, and other percussion instruments. The session creates a deep sense of calm and connection, which can be applied both in personal life and at work.
Sound helps to break through blockages, allowing you to connect more deeply with yourself and, by extension, with your colleagues, while naturally releasing stress. The different frequencies and sound techniques promote intuitive relaxation and calm the nervous system. This experience offers both physical and mental benefits, guiding participants on a meditative journey to their inner self.
